Today Joseph rode in a bike race affectionately called the "ULCER." It stands for "Utah Lake Century Epic Ride", I think. Basically, it's a 112 mile race around Utah lake. This is his second century ride, but he did this with almost no training. Not to mention we just got back from a vacation filled with fine dining and late nights.Good job sweetie. How about relaxing by the pool on your next day off though, ok?
