It was a big night.

Tonight was quite a night. Every month, Pizzeria 712 & Communal host a "dinner club." If you've ever been to one, you know how fabulous they are. This month though, we did something quite different. Tonight's dinner club was a fundraiser for Jacob's Cove Farm. This farm produces the most delectable heirloom tomatoes. They are unbelievable. They opened their farm to all who attended this evening. It was so cool to see how they grow their tomatoes.
As we were driving down Geneva Rd., we were shocked to see how crowded it was!

Then, when we finally made our way into the farm, we were shocked to see how many people came to support the farm and enjoy great food.

The boys were working HARD. Here's Taylor, manning the wood fire oven.
Joseph, doin' his thing.Colton & Joseph (oh, and Sophie too)
The portable wood fire oven. We actually didn't wait in line for food. We went straight to the massive tent where the tomatoes are grown.
The thing that really cracked me up was that Cortney & Meghan turned into traffic cops for the event. Funny that I mention cops. You know it's a great party when the cops show up.Meghan, you don't seem to be taking this very seriously :)
The nice officers wanted to speak to someone in charge, and Colton was the lucky one who got to deal with this.
Colton's mom Sherry & wife Millie don't seem to be too worried.
I guess it turns out we needed an event permit for our little dinner club party.
The evening was a huge success. Here we are making the trek back to our car.

Until next year...

Oh my! So did they get ticketed? That's awesome that so many people showed up. He has an amazing set-up there with his tomatoes. Love your background, by the way.

We drove by that night and it was crazy! I was sad that I forgot about it.
